Shipping For Paperback Orders:

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the receipt of your order.

All Books are shipped in plain, opaque mailing envelopes or boxes with the EBN return address on the outside.

Within the United States and its territories, orders are shipped via Priority Mail from the US Postal Service, a normal 3-4 day delivery time. We ship all orders with "Delivery Confirmation", so your orders can be tracked right to your door. If your order has not been delivered within 10 days to 2 weeks maximum, please contact us. After a period of time, tracking information is no longer available and we'll have no way of determining the status of your shipment.

Orders can be shipped via other carriers (UPS or FedEx) but arrangements must be made directly with the EBN business office. Email us at the same time you place your order or call our toll free number. To save you money we use the most expedient and least expensive method of shipping.

Orders Shipping to Destinations Outside the United States are shipped via Global Priority Mail. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All foreign orders must carry customs documentation. We indicate on the customs forms whether the item/s are books. We do not list titles of the items, and no mention is made about the type of product being shipped.


Because of the nature of our products, we accept no returns on books. If any product is damaged or defective we will replace it at no charge.

We will re-ship lost shipments at no charge.

Should you receive a product that you did not order, we will replace the product with the correct one at no cost to you.

Damaged books or ones that were shipped in error should be discarded rather than returned, since they cannot be resold.

All Ebook Sales Are Final!

Because the electronic nature of this product makes it impossible to return ebooks with any assurance that a copy has not already been downloaded and stored, we do not offer refunds for ebooks. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us before you purchase an e-book at: ebooksupport [at]

We DO NOT replace e-books in the event of a hard drive crash. To secure your ebooks in the event of a such a crash, we recommend that you save them on disk or CD.

We DO NOT exchange e-books previously purchased in one format with another format.

We DO NOT re-send e-books in the event that the customer purchases a new device, such as iPad/Kindles/Nooks, etc. It is your responsibility to transfer all files.
